Fujitsu Mini Split Problem

A couple of months ago had a 3 zone Fujitsu mini split system (36RMLQ) installed in my house. One unit has a Little Gaint ec400 pump (230v) installed for condensate removal. As soon as we began using the unit and the pump would start it would make a very loud buzzing sound. Figured this wasn't right, so called my HVAC contractor and they came out and replaced the pump today. Guess what? Same problem. The buzz is loud enough to hear on the other side of the house. Anybody have experience with these pumps? Is the noisy operation normal? Is it possible to use a standard condensate pump with this mini split system?
