I wonder if anyone could possibly give me a bit of guidance.
I have been given a service to a Lynxspring Genesys Edge N4 controller
Version: 4.7.110.32
Host: JENE-EG534-N4
This has an Onyx X.M 34IO expansion card connected to it.
I have connected to this device before without any issues and thankfully taken a backup.
I get to site this morning and now I cant connect to either station or platform, Secure or Non-secure.
So I connect my usb lead and connect with PUTTY and all I get is a screen stating that the only
option I have is to perform a factory reset, Please Enter YES Below, THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE!!!
This isnt what I would usually expect when connecting to a JACE, is this normal behaviour for an Edge534?
So I dont want to do this until I have a way outa this little conundrum.
I would hit the factory Reset option but I dont have the Lynxspring Workbench at any version let alone the
version this was originally comissioned at 4.7.110.32
Would it be possible to share with me the Lynxspring modules at version 4.7.110.32 or a download of the Workbench.
I can then try to comission the station back in and hopefully the licence can be grabbed from the
Licence server online.(yes/no?)
Any one fancy helping out an old Englishman?
I cant find anyone in the UK doing Lynxspring, hence the call out here.
