I'm having issues launching GFX from Niagara on sites with ECY devices. I do not want to go to the device IP and sign in to launch GFX i want to do it from Niagara.
I can log into the Jace and Confirm that rest service is active.
Under Rest Service it shows
Status : Stale
Enabled : true
user name and Password ( I used same as device when configured originally.)
Http port 80
https port 443
Https enabled: true
Nb Rest devices 133
Nb devices poll ok 133
When i try to launch the GFX through Niagara it then opens in gfx under the active Niagara User ID and asks for Password.
but I get the message Authentication failed for "User"
I know there is a fix i just don't know the fix yet.
