I was wondering if anyone could tell me the default Manger and Technician passwords for this controller. I have the operator password, but it's not getting me to the menus I need to access. Thanks.

This is on a 160 ton screw. Acctually, 3 chillers that serve a computer room. We need these passwords in the event that one of the default parameters holds the machines out. Even if we have to scrafice a chiller, one machine must run at all times. This is strictly for an emergency situation. We do not want to change anything at this time. However, in the event that one of these parameters is holding all 3 machines out, we need the ability to overide and get one running. It does not take long to send the chilled water up over 90+ degrees. As an example high voltage triped all three offline and chilled water was over 95F. Luckly, by the time we got there utility had already reduced the voltage and a simple restart got them going. In a critical environment such as a computer room, we must provide cooling at all times, no matter what the cost... i.e. a screw compressor.

johnnyc, I realize that the probability of us needing to change any of those parameters is highly unlikely. However, if it's 3am and the CHW is over 80 with all the chillers down; b/c of high voltage from utility, ect. we will get one going no matter what the cost. It's not like we are looking to go in there and tinker with the default parameters, this is strictly for an emergency. They are working very well right now and we want to keep it that way. Thanks for the info, I'll give that password a try Monday.
