I've used FP SC440's for a long time with no chance of me switching anytime soon. Never had a problem.

I have one of those. Bought it 20+ years ago. Probably 24 years ago. It sat in my open top toolbag or a "Bucket Boss" for a solid 10 years during CT rain and snowstorms. Never covered it. It got drenched 100+ times in its life. Frozen and snowed on. Still works great.

The "lead" tech I was working with the day I bought it told me I was nuts and it's a POS. "It will last a year if you're lucky." And I should get a Fluke instead.

This meter probably outlasted that guy.

When I Google HS26 to see if that was the meter I had(couldn't remember the model #) I saw this. Looks like a legit company. They're in San Marcos, list a phone number and address and take PayPal.

    New and $45 shipped.
