    The reason for the atic install is to insure even temps to th ethe whole house. More worried about homeowner confort vs tech comfort.

    Are you telling me you leave installs that can cuase problems? i refuse to believe that a good install will not handle condensate....

    A "good" install will handle condensate. You need to be 100% sure you get an installation that's designed with condensate backup systems and a overflow shutdown sensor.

    However even good installs can manfunction over time.

    ?I have 6 1/4" insulation down in the attic, where would i use the spray foam?

    Yes, Your attic needs way more insulation than it has right now. You will be way more comfortable without all that heat transferring to the living space with a well insulated attic. Then you could put the unit in the garage. LOL
