Rla is rated load amps as applied
Lra is locked rotor amps
Fla is maximum operating amps without the motor overheating
Olt is used transformers & amplifiers ratings, not compressors that I am aware of

 

OLT could be Overload temperature.

OP, where did you get that OLT from? Any particular comp? Like 'Oil Less T' (tank, Technology?) as in some air compressor's ?.

 

It's written on chiller compressor name plate with 360kw motor 11kv
