    Air filter arrow, please help!

Seriously, I know this is a dumb question, but which way should the arrow face on my furnace filter? I’ve looked it up but still unsure of which way the air flows.

The arrow just says “Furnace filter is located here” and points to where it goes.

There's my pet peeve of the day. Just glue a damn union in there for drain service instead of leaving a potential leak point.

There is a branch of that company in my area. For them, that is best of the best work…. Union cost to much vs that coupling.

The arrow should always be pointing toward the furnace.
