Homegrown tomatoes made this special, Kerrygold brand butter helps too. Not very expensive or hard to make, tastes great.

Just picked a dozen tomatoes from the garden. Maybe I'll give it a shot this weekend.

First time I ran across another that swears by Kerrygold brand butter.
It's all the wife will buy. A great Irish import.

How i found the difference. I was I was in New Hampshire and was helping friends prepare dinner.
    Lobster and other sea food.
I had the butter in a dish to clarify it. I was asked what I was doing and got an odd look.
I discovered their butter didn't need clarifying. It melted w/o any of the stuff I'm used to floating around. I don't know who made it. Butter as it's supposed to be.
Kerrygold is my first time finding a butter that pure that it doesn't need clarifying.

Most dairy farms I'm familiar with have Holstein cows. Higher butter fat content can be gotten
with Brown Swiss or Guernsey or Jersey. Maybe NH has those instead.
My wife is partly from NH and was a cow tipper.
    Maybe she knows.
    Cheers!
