    Just wanted to say hi!

    Facilities manager for a fishing lodge and previous manager for a large hotel company. Ice machines are my biggest pain in the butt! Lol

    Restaurant inspectors always red tag the ice machines for mold growth. It's a never ending pain in the butt.

    Welcome. How is the Speck fishing? I will be in Lafourche Parish for Labor Day weekend. Hoping for some dryer weather.
    If you can't fix it with JB Weld, Duct Tape, and Ty Wire it has to be replaced.
