    How can I calibrate the transducers?

    You can’t. If the sensors are off, buy a new sensor.

    The high side transducers are reading 10-15psi higher than my Testo gauges. Two Chillers that are approaching two years old.

    Make sure your testo are reading good.
    For 10-15 psi on r410 it won't make a big difference.
    Like Jay said you can change them if it's creating issues
