Also, are you as the "Facilities Manager" doing this work yourself, or do you have a competent HVAC tech doing the work?

Do either of you the electrical knowledgeable in determining the proper "wire gauge" and "temp rating of conductors", for replacing burnt wires?

If heating elements are burnt out, do you have the ability to source those parts for these old units?

We are always concerned about Safety, especially around high voltage equipment.
