I use a collection of cooking pans that range from French copper, cast iron, copper bottom stainless
and a couple of stainless with a composite bottom. So I wondered why my wife bought another fry pan.

What she bought was a fry pan by a company called Sensarte. I was impressed. It's a non-stick that
looks like granite. Nothing sticks. Even if I miss taking something off the heat in time nothing sticks.
Unlike other non-sticks that seem ready to peal off into my food, this pan looks like a rock. Oh ya, then
there's the cool handle.

We got a couple more for cooking other sticky things .
I'm not ready to throw my old pots out but I like these for anything that would leave a mess.
