Have a small commercial maint building that needs conditioned. It does not need to achieve comfort levels. Right now we are looking at about .75T. Mini split heat pumps would easily serve the need but ambients will drop below practical, and freeze protection MUST be maintained. Real estate space is not an issue and I believe geothermal is the perfect answer for this. Probably is the typical sources for geo systems don't have smaller package units like we need.
