I am curious what he wants to talk about. I know they say curiosity killed the cat but I have insider information that may not have been the actual cause.
I'm not sure that I fit the bill either. He wanted a bunch of "regular" HVAC opinions, he mentioned a ductwork "probiotic" aerator for "healthy" ducts(IAQ) which I am interested in. He also mentioned an "oil additive" for energy saving, I mentioned "snake oil" he did not quite agree. He is supposed to be sending me some literature that I am interested in reading/reviewing, but I have not received anything in my e-mail as of yet. He might be a rude and crude car Salesman,but I didn't get that impression, not at all. IDK, but this guy was not "pushing" his products like the dozens of "snake oil salesmen" that have been here on H-Talk. Maybe thats what caught my attention. I also enjoyed his "interest" in the HVAC trade and practices.
I have spoken w/ numerous "buy my world saving products" Salesmen in the past and I had cut those conversation's short by simply hanging up. But not this time, for some reason. See what you think.
