Too far away, People looking for a qualifying agent need to read 2011 Florida Statutes Title 32, chapter 489.119 and 489.1195 and see what an agent is supposed to do. NOT just a license for you to to pull permits and do your own thing hundreds of miles away, but is supposed to supervise work.

I am pretty sure that was revised in 2017 or 2018 but responsibilities are still the same. The state of Florida is wanting agents involved in the company that they are qualifying not just renting a license to them. Thats why a mandatory board appearance is required to qualify a second company unless you are part owner of second company.

That is an old ski lodge gage. You go to the front desk and ask them to page Mr. Meoff , Jack. When she does it, it sounds like “Jack me off the main lounge,” “Jack me off the main lounge.” Childish for sure, but funny as heck the whole place busts out laughing. Then the girl at the desk turns red sometimes says something profane over the mic that is pretty funny too.

Have a Class B that I am discontinuing 3/11/2023. It is a shame to let this go but I am too tired to continue. I thought about qualifying another company but do not want the responsibility. besides, who wants to be sued at my age?
