    Recovery Machines/Vacuum Pumps A2L/R32 compliant

Need some new tools, just wonder what everyone thought/recommended. All residential comfort cooling, small to medium units.
For vacuum pumps, both 2 stage, deciding between:
    -Fieldpiece VP67, 6 CFM
    -NAVAC NP7DP2, 7 CFM
-CPS VPS6DU Premium Series Sparkless Vacuum Pump 6 CFM Two-Stage

    Recovery:
    -Fieldpiece MR45, says it's A2L compliant.
-Appion G5Twin Refrigerant Recovery Machine-doesn't specifically say A2L, but says "UL certified to meet or exceed EPA regulations per ARI 740-98. For use with all class III, IV, and V refrigerants". But says specifically not for HC's-which I don't work on.

-Then there's this one, NAVAC NRDDF Dual Cylinder Recovery Unit for Flammable Refrigerants
More than what I need, $1088, a little over $175 more than the Fieldpiece.

    Or something else?
    Thanks
    Steve

G5 for the recovery is my vote. Mine works and has given me zero issues for 9 years now.
As for the vac... I have a jb7 that I use and I need to order the rebuild kit for a tez8 that struggles to pull(thanks jacob).

You got the response. He’s right. A G5 and a JB will get the job done. I use it on r290 all day long

JB has a new one on the market as well. I think the price point is around a grand

I run a jb platinum and it's flawless for years just change oil. I use a G3 I think it's a basic model but been a few years no issues with light use

Not to be redundant but the Appion G5 and the JB platinum are excellent and I wouldn't consider any other brands at this point.

I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

The reason I will stick with those two brands is I can easily get repair parts for them and they are incredibly durable.
I like that they have essentially kept everything the same for decades.

They also have quick turnaround times for units sent in for repairs

No need to recover it anyway.

Ahh but I'd love a recovery machine for propane. Then I could fill my smaller tanks from a heating tank that is 1/4 cost per pound.

All you need is to heat one tank and cool the other and a hose connecting the two tanks.

Pretty tough to heat a 1000 gallon tank enough that only has a vapor port...

I guess just wait for a warm day and ice your small tanks. It might take a while.

Has anyone used the G1? I sure like the price better than the G5 almost $250 more?
