Well where I come from the young ones have a hard time keeping up with us old farts. And they also lean on us quite a bit for the knowledge we provide and our insight. Most of them don't want us to retire anytime soon. Oh and I worked 12yrs non union and up until a few yrs ago you would be hard pressed to keep up with me. Lol peace brother.
