I’ll go out on a limb and say this is probably a 30-50 mil a year company dunno.
They do multi family the entire east side of Mississippi for a developer.

It’s funny my metal shop that I use and makes top notch metal makes theirs too. I always poke fun of that.

The funny part is I have 2 friends on township boards out here. Both townships have a policy that they will award contracts to only the lowest bid.......$100,000 in extras incoming.....

I am 99.9% sure that in the state of Ohio that is how the law is written. Unless you have absolute concrete evidence of why you’re not using the low bidder you have to use them. Because if you don’t they sue you you have to have evidence is why they were rejected.

    Edit: four government contracts.

    That will be NOISY!!!

I don't know of any furnace that is approved for return air entering the back of the unit. And that filter on the side will only filter a 10" circle.

    What a mess.

Until the manufacturer denies a warranty claim for it being installed incorrectly. Then you're in the middle of it.

Real hacks use finger joints and no pookie.
That's definitely a JCI unit. The only thing cheaper in my area is Payne.

I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

Almost willing to call it Frazier Johnson. Not certain. But it looks that way.

Inspections won't catch any of this. Especially when 75% of the time they don't leave the truck. And you can print what I said.

    Inspectors are just money collectors.
