The world seems well supplied with stupid people - so I'd say that there's a good likelihood that you could find someone to take you up on that dare.

But it wouldn't be me. <g>

I dont think snap on ever made anything of their own..... they just slap their name on stuff

For instance .... back when I worked on Electric Tools ... their cordless 1/4 ratchet was Black n Decker ... I did alot of warranty for Snap on and bought Black n Decker parts to fix them

Their wrenches and ratchet bodies are made in a plant here. Anything forged. They used to have 2 plants in the area and the one that did the plastic parts got packed up and shipped to you know where... lol

Someone named gueroloco13 started this thread.

    Stating: "Nothing better thank Klein!"

It was/is his only post and he made it on December 6 at about 4:00P.

I wonder why? Why did he even join? Just to make a single banal statement? <g>

Snap on makes every wrench and forged tool they sell. Even the cordless stuff they make.
Now the sub brand blue point is rebadged stuff from God knows where.
If you want good ratchets, sockets, pliers or screwdrivers it will be VERY hard to find something better than snap on.
For cordless stuff, I don't bother.

and Snap On is still made in America as far as I know. There is a plant in Crystal Lake IL that I pass by every now and again.

One of my customers is good friends with "Mr. Klein". It's still family owned and the son and family still lives in the Chicago area. The plant no longer is.
