My true GDM -12 cooler has also stuck with an issue. It is not getting cold. I can hear the sound of fans running inside and it also blows the warm air. As per the suggestion from one of my friends I have pulled the cover off and checked the coil and it seems clean. The compressor seems to be hot. But, still, the issue is not solved. I don't have much technical knowledge in this subject. I'm tired of this. Now, I think it's better to go for a new one. When I discussed this with my uncle he has recommended a system that he was using. I think there may be some issue with refrigerant or starting components. Do you have any ideas on this? Your suggestions are invited.

Your profile says you claim to be an HVAC contractor. I find that hard to believe given your lack of any actual diagnosis.
