    Understanding EER

    I'm trying to understand how much savings there is with every increase in an EER. For example, if I go from an 11 EER unit to a 12 EER unit, how can I translate that into a % in terms of savings?

    11 to 12 __ ~ 9% in general
    12 to 13 __ ~ 8%

    Actual location and equipment specifications are necessary
