    Evaporator coil condensation water issue

    Hey pros,
I have this A coil inside the air handler. The condensate water dripping at the middle of the A coil instead of drip into the drain pan.
The bottom of the return air box is filled with water.
I cleaned the drain line , I cleaned the evaporator coil. The water still dripping down from at the center coil.
Freon level is good, cooling the house very well. All zone damper are open and closed properly.
What else am I missing? I'm afraid I will have mole issue in the unit.
Any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks

I've seen them drip if the coil wasnt cold all way to top. and seen them drip due to something coating the coil, 409 was the only thing that worked on one.

    It is 9 years old.
P trap on both Primary and secondary drain. Directly into the pump.

Something is causing the water not to cling to the coil and drain properly.

    - if somehow the bottom of the coil was much warmer than the top of the coil. Making the bottom “dry” while the top is “wet”.

    - oil or some other hydrophobic substance on the coil.

-the evaporator saturation temp is too low causing ice formation.

First time I saw that problem had to go back 3-4 times. Finally pulled the coil, took it outside, and used a high pressure cleaner to clean it. Took care of the problem. That was maybe 30 years ago. Seen it two or three times since.
I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

It is a Trane air handler.
I am going back there tomorrow.
Doing some deep coil cleaning. Hope for the best.
