    RotoFlex Oven Pizza

Is there any RotoFlex Oven Pizza Joints where you are? The Peter Piper Pizzas in the SouthWest are hit-or-miss. Some have RotoFlexes, some have Conveyors. I really like the taste the RotoFlex gives the pizza.

I wonder if that is one of the reasons why pizza is not very good here. I have seen nothing but conveyers.

All the big chains use Conveyors. The Roto is a monster. Higher temp, on a carousel, loaded and the unloaded by pizza paddle, cornmeal-dusted bottom crust.

I bet that's how the pizza I grew up with in California was cooked. Well the downsides of living in California are not worth good pizza so I guess I'll have to live with what we have here.
