I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

Try Stubb's. I like the Sticky Sweet and the Smokey Mesquite. Best sauce I've found.

There's a reason some religions don't eat pork. A dirty animal. Science maybe could raise a bacon /chicken.
    Then there's chicken lips.
I know Chinese cooks prefer dark meat chicken and some producers here send China the dark meat in a swap
for their white meat Americans prefer. I don't know if this was made up or not. Not the preferences, just the swap.
I wonder if they swap lips for something else........

I was doing work at a strip mall that had a Chinese restaurant. Heading up a ladder I saw a chicken (dead) on a
large meter panel in the New Mexico summer sun. Reminded me of one of those rubber chickens.
My guess it was part of a prep process. Like aging beef or something.
    Don't tell the inspectors.

Same with Tequila. I know a bar owner that told me they used to keep Tequila under the bar instead of lined up with
the others. Too cheap to take up space.
I never drank Tequila, always seemed to have an arm pit quality. There are a few rested ones that are better but it ain't single malt.
Didn't the Gringo's invent fajitas? I don't remember them being Mexican. But where I live things are mixed up a lot.

I guess that depends on what you like. I like quite a few different barbecue sauces but Sweet baby Ray's is my go-to for most things. There are a couple of others mentioned above that are also amazing but I tend to use them on different things and those different things happen to be things I don't eat very often so I don't use them very often.

I like Sweet baby Ray's as an alternative to ketchup. It's really good on fried potatoes.

same thing happened to ribs and brisket once people figured out thy tasted good they became popular and in demand. Just remembered I have a 14 pound brisket in the freezer. I need to put it in the smoker for Sunday afternoon

Stubb's makes a great rub also. I believe the sauce is made with molasses..
