    GREAT Filter Replacement Program because
it is only necessary to change them about once a year.

Then all we have to do, is get the customer to buy them by the case, and store them for us...

I store my 4" filters in my attic. A couple years ago, I built an awesome platform up there just to serve this purpose. Takes me about 2 minutes to locate my weekly filters I need.

Now, I don't do a ton of maintenance work, but I keep these for my customers that care about having decent filters.

OTOH... if you could get your customer to order them... and keep them at their home...
You would not have to deal with carrying around a bunch of large filters.

A lot of the time I do, or have them directly delivered to them. But, for some, they would rather I just bring it with me during maintenance. I actually have about 75 customers or so that get a scheduled delivery of filters. But some just aren't that proactive, or they are just plain too cheap to buy a bunch at once.

I am about half/half with customers who buy them and customers where I bring them.

The thing for me... I have 3x big boxes that hold lots of filters...
When they are all 3 in the back of the van... it takes up a LOT of room, and is annoying to have to pull them out to get to things.
Easier to not bother... just let the customers get them.

I keep no filters on me in the field. If someone needs one right away then it is the nearest hardware store. Gensco will deliver my filters wherever I ask so that is usually how I do it.

What I need to do... is to arrange service lists ahead... then pull the filters I need in the morning before I go out.
OTOH... about once a week, I end up diverting to someone while I am out... and it would be over an hour round trip to go back for something (thus the reason for a big van). One of the problems with living/working in a large metro area.

Oh... the things I could do with some really good company managing software on an Ipad...
Oh, and lets not forget: with the Icloud... whatever I can see on the pad, I can see on the phone and desktop...
Convenient feature... (yeah, I now, I could do that with aftermarket services... however as I understand it... the Icloud is a bit more secure than some other services... mainly because it ONLY is connected to Apple devices that are already less prone to have infections on them).

Most google services do that. My work account calendar, emails and note pad show up on my wife's work phone.

I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

So today I finally got to test the system to see what kind of numbers I could achieve with lots of filtration.

    Trane clean air effects
    Two Hepa Filtration systems
    Two 3" Merv 10 filters

Everytime we cook, or my wife burns her fkn candle, sprays air freshener, cleans the damn house 5 times today it increases the numbers. I'm about to tie her up.....

Red is outside. Air quality is sh*t due to a fire.

    Inside is green.

We don't need to know about that. It looks like the filter systems are working well.
