There's a thousand different Do Ta Doo's out there willing to attempt to capitalize on anything they think the public will take a bite on.

There's already a multitude of heat reflective coatings widely available to the general public.

Paint gets dirty just like everything else, and you can be guaranteed that this big deal white paint will lose that extra couple percent of efficiency in short order.
