York 7.5 ton heat pump, single compressor, single stage indoor fan. Y1 has LAT of 59˚ but when Y1 cycles compressor off the LAT is still low at 68˚. Could there by hot gas bypass? Coil evaporative cooling?

Yes I'm a rep. I do problem solving for design engineer when techs and engineers can't figure stuff out. This application ended up being a single circuit 7.5ton CU serving two TXVs on two evap coils. I've never seen that before and I doubt York intended for that application. If the TXVs have the same operation it might not matter, but there's a solenoid that shuts down one of the circuits.
I'm not a contractor so I don't pull refrig data, I review the applications and support expert witnesses when issues are legal. This issue is not in litigation.
