Confused Voltage Spikes Causing VRF Issues

Does anyone know what type of surge protection devices you have used for Mitsubishi Electric VRF? There is a variance of 5%, but also states any voltage above 5 Volts will cause error code 4250 which is a over current protection. After 3 times, the system shuts down. Just need some type of voltage surge suppressor to keep the voltage spikes from damaging the inverter board. Any help is appreciated.

Voltage “Should” be within 10% of rating. 5% won’t cause an issue.
    ICM makes good products

Thanks, Pecmsg. My problem is that we are constantly having voltage spikes, and could end up ruining the Inverter Board on the VRF ODU. I will look up ICM. Thanks!!!
