I was directed to post to this forum as opposed to an old one from 2015. If the man known as remanworld is around, direct him here. He was the one helping me with this discussion. I'm having a hard time uploading pictures that I took this morning. I went down to the boat this morning and moved around on the shaft. It has the smallest, micro movement, so small that the only thing you can see happen is an oil bubble pop between the shaft and bearing, no gap or recognizable space. The shaft seal and plate seal look smooth, but the rubber like material inside the shaft seal is a little suspect. I'll keep trying to upload some pics, but right now I have to deliver a crewman to another boat in Newport, OR. I'll be standing by. Thank you
