Siemens Apogee Insight 3.15?

I was wondering if I need to purchase a BACnet Client Option license for Insight 3.15? I currently work at a site that is looking to add some BACnet panels to the system, but the current system is only configured for Siemens proprietary P2 communication. On previous versions I would install a BACnet license on the Apogee system to enable the functionality.
