Mccay compressor

I have a problem with mccay skrue compressor.
Compressor 1 is ok but compressor 2 Will not start, in display stands there no starter transition, mcr started?
Are there anyone WHO Can help me.

I Will be on site thursday Then I Will take the model and serialnumber off Unit.
Now I Can only tell you That it’s a watercooled Unit with 2 screw compressor and 380kg 410a.
The display is Microtech.

Is it a USA manufactured unit?
PFS —- ? Y-delta or ss starter?

If y-d mt must see m2 aux contact closure.
Sss must see amps drop by time of up to speed timer.
