    Smoked brisket

    Smoked a brisket on my Weber kettle with some hickory and cherry chunks. Made a pot of pinto beans for a side. Might’ve been my best brisket yet.

    How long did you smoke that brisket and at what temperature?

    This one took about 9 hours at 250 degrees.
