    Dead Capacitor

    hi, can you help me to identify broken capacitor? compresor is Mitsubishi rh231hvac

    I would recommend having a professional look the system over and find out why the capacitor failed. They should have the part on the van, and possibly have the system running in an hour. This is not a DIY site.

    You need a tech on site that can get the compressor #'s and cross over to the correct part. Then find out why it failed.

    it failed maby because it is made in china and working from 2006 till today

    That burned thing is the capacitor. That unit looks exactly like one I installed in Florida not too long ago.
