Secop / Danfoss hermetic compressor GS34CLX Failures

Has anyone else come across discharge reed valve failures on these sealed compressors. Had a few break?

I've put in a lot of Secop compressors, I havent had any failures as of yet, but it has been a while since I have put one in, maybe 9 months to a year. of course, I only dump the data plate charge into the system and let it go. I do know of someone else that had one fail, but they put more than the data plate charge because it wasn't "showing" the proper measurements.
