    Name this hinge

    No name on box anywhere and I need top hinge

    Take the hinge off they'll be #'s cast in the back.

    You'll need the # on the back then compare center to center on the screw holes and door offset.

    Both hinges and that door closer? That would be nice, and proper

    Looks like a 1256 Kason. Get the optional spring assist kits for each hinge, and new door closer as well if its weak.

    That would cost more than the box
    Honeywell you can buy better but you cant pay more

    Looking at the picture, it appears that the nylon cam is worn causing the door to sag. It's a very common issue for older doors.

    We use www.caseparts.com, they have a pretty good online catalog. I would agree the cams are wore out. The snubber (door closer) at the top needs to be replaced as well.
