Confused Daiquary machines FROSTY 137A Model

I recently changed a compressor in one of these machines weighed in the exact 14 oz of 404a changed dryer also purged with nitrogen while soldering in other words every thing by the book 24 hour vacuum hold too. now the owner says its slower than his other machines ever thing was the same except for a rotor lock fitting in which is the norm these days I was just wondering if any one else has run into this problem old compressor was off its internal mounts so it wasn't a burn out or any thing like that just super noisy i even accounted for the line content of my gauges by putting a tiny bit extra in , is the charge that critical on these things?

    It’s a technical term.

Like the pressures were good and in other word By the book!

Now if he could post some meaningful data.

I have some experience with frosty factory machines. Since you've offered nothing of substance to help you further diagnose the issue; I offer you this tidbit:

The most important thing to check when the complaint involves time and consistency of the product is the "brix" of the drink mix.

Accounting for hose charge is purely guessing on small units

I have 3 ft long hoses

I pull vac with both hoses

    Remove Red hose

Open Freon tank , bleed the yellow , then hit the Tare

Then I assume I have liquid in the yellow hose

Then I open blue line valve and watch scale for 2 oz , then fire the unit up , then fill with the rest of the 14 oz , then shut off tank , then open blue valve to empty hose.

I always assumed it was close enough
