I know nothing about theses chillers, but if you post the full model number and place an email address in your profile (or send me an email, address is in my profile), I may be able to pull up some literature on this unit and send them off to you.

1. This forum is for equipment owners to ask general questions about their systems. If you would click on the small black triangle at the bottom left of your thread (near the Like and Dislike tabs) and ask the moderators to move this to the "Tech to Tech Chat - Commerical" forum, you might get more responses.
2. Once that happens, please be more specific in what the problem is, and what you have done to troubleshoot the problem up to this point. Just saying "I need help with a Carrier Chiller......." is like you telling a car mechanic - "I need help with my car..." and not telling him what the problem is.
3. Welcome to the forum.
