If you mean the ones that say on the front page that its for service engineering personnel only, and the entire book is watermarked "Not for distribution" on every page, then good luck, I'd love a copy of that myself. Even if someone here had one, they definitely wouldn't post it in this open forum.

TBH, it may not be as helpful as you think. I have a couple, and they're sort of a compendium of troubleshooting tips and service & technical bulletins. Almost all the information in them is available on Partners, it's just nice having it all organized into a single book for each piece of equipment.

    Let's start this way,

What kind of issue are you having, and what information in it are you looking for?

Google Carrier 30GX User Guide you will find this is for French made chillers. As previously mentioned normally only issued to Carrier Techs. This is for a phase 2 Pro Dialog version there are 3 versions.

Also , I should point out that even if I had that manual, it probably wouldn’t be much help for you if your machine isn’t a US model.

India. My point being that I only know chillers in Central Texas and nowhere else. I wouldn’t assume that a chiller in another country would be identical to the ones I am familiar with.Like the Pro Dialog, I’ve never seen one in person.

The Pro Dialog chiller 30GX / HXC is made in France but sold throughout Africa, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Australia and New Zealand.so if its in India then most likely its French made chiller. The US covers all other areas
The French made GX / HXC are now no longer made and are classed as obsolete.now.
