With fieldpiece digital manifold. Could I have my clamps in the wrong place? I have my lopsided clamp on the lineset thats wound up so you can pull the condenser out from under the fridge.
Yes that coiled up line is the suction line.
Ideally you would want it up by the evaporator.
Down near the compressor would be more of a compressor superheat reading.
Take your suction pressure readings and convert it on a P/T chart.
You said your pressure was 12.6 psig. you'll see below that equates to -25°f or close to it.
According to the manual it says it should maintain -10f. By getting it to negative 20 id be comfortable knowing its fixed %100. As of right now its hitting -1. And thats with me just replacing the refrigerant amount back to factory and a triple evac. My pressures haven't changed much. And it is satisfying at -1 with the temp controls set to 5/10. It might have resolved itself or should I still look further into getting it to the temp o would like it at?

At what ambient with brand new components! -5°F at best.
