Looking to (hire/partner with/etc) with someone that has a Class A or B HVAC, to be used as a qualifier for an existing HVAC business.

Seeing how ya'll are exemplary HVAC professionals, and want to avoid fly-by-night/not-serious partners, here is a little about me:
- 11 yr Military Veteran
- Previously managed $100M/year operations
- I'm acquiring a ~10 yr established HVAC company
- Growth plans involve federal gov contracts with my RE development company, and my commercial construction strategic partners

Looking for:
- HVAC professional with Class A or B HVAC license
- Interested in qualifying for this business, whether thats part-time, full-time, or other
