    I would say with certainty if he cant pipe a drain properly that this will be another Goodman is junk story. I am sure the time was not taken to dehydrate the line set and properly vac the system either, what is a micron gauge? How is the temp rise in heating? How is the gas pressure set? I would love to see the hundreds of 5 star google reviews on this installer!
