You don't. You are not listed as a pro member. In addition even as a pro you have to agree to another set of rules and get an asterisk next to your pro nomenclature to reply to anything labeled AOP.

No...you cannot reply in the AOP forums. There are lots other non pro forums on this site.

No, guest have always been and will always be welcome on this site. However, they won't have the same permissions that Professional Members have. There are portions of the site reserved for Professional Members only.
The AOP forum is designed to give a limited amount of helpful assistance to our welcome guests. To try and insure accurate advice, we only allow vetted professional members to respond to our guests in the AOP section. This prevents the bad advice you often se on DIY forums.
