Our company is looking to upgrade our current training facility. The majority of our company is made up of HVAC techs and installers, but we also do some plumbing, electrical and drains. I am looking to learn about the best training facilities in the country - what they look like, how they're used, the kind of equipment and tools provided, etc. If anyone would like to share info about their facility I would really appreciate it.
