Hehe, look at me eating crow....

I have a Siemens TEC Application 2363. I cannot for the life of me get anything to come up in my searches either. Other than a master list of pplications that tells me it is a VAV reheat with CO2.
I need the application notes if possible as well.

Insight is tied to a USB key, so I would assume that application will not do you much good unless you have a key and the knowledge of how to bind it to a particular key.

I think I could find a license key and software after market since it is no longer supported. I would think that customers who were forced to be upgraded to desigo would be almost giving them away if they have no use for them any more on their sites.
Or does the insight license in essence get upgraded to desigo as well?

I dunno about the license upgraded to Desigo. I know Desigo does not use the USB key, so I am pretty sure it is possible to find an unneeded one somewhere.
I do know that Insight has a process to have Insight make friends with a particular USB key.
But his is where someone who knows what they are doing corrects me in the details.
