Commercial is how large to you? CAS Chillers? Scroll Chillers? Boxcar? DRAC?
You’d be surprised how many guys wouldN’T take a job if it’s rooftop work

I know this company. They are a good company that treats their people well. I have never worked for them, but I know people who do. I have competed against them on chiller and other bid work (Broomfield PD). They know what they're doing when they say they are hiring a chiller tech or a commercial service tech.

Maybe take your hate of the Denver market elsewhere?

What hate of the Denver market? I was simply inquiring what the OP meant by Commercial Svc Tech. NOT all companies use the same terminology.

This company paying up to $50/Hr, Bell paying Serviceman wages/packages for Resi work, again - what’s to hate on?
