I was here 2 years ago and its just wow.

The property management company makes sure that when the rent out the space it has heat and a/c. The tenant is responsible for maintaining and if they want more/different it's on them or negotiate with the owner. This is the RTU SVU and here are there stories...

Sorry, I’m not from your part of the country, what’s with the coil? Gas line? Under outdoor coil on the RTU in the 1st couple photos?

Are you referring to the York? Where the gas line pops up from underneath. There's also extra water line that goes to the swamp cooler next to the York. Also that custom tweety O/A on the York that was externally insulated then painted in hopes of longer life.. FYI that's a 6ton York and I believe a 6 ton weathermaker serving 1000sqft or less. You can see the curb underneath where the old 3 ton units sat.

It looks like junk stored, aluminum flex or something.

2nd photo from top you can see a better view, what looks like a gas line as you can see what looks like a shut off valve ( white in color ) under the York RTU then turns into ( under the condenser coil ) looks like its hooked to a still ( lol ) wrapped coils?

Looks like a gas like with a shutoff valve then turns to flex and goes to a still or something, 2nd photo down shows it in better detail. You can see a gas line from the other RTU which runs through the frame of that unit heading in that direction? Maybe thats EMT thou? that may hook to the other gas line under the York.
