    Trane Air-Fi

Does anybody know if there are any settings on Trane Air-Fi stats that can prevent them from overshooting the temp settings by 3* or more. Is there an anticipation setting on these things? Is there a cycle rate setting on these things? There is a BACnet card and Air-Fi wireless communication interface in the unit. I am the installing contractor and have no control over the "controls" and would like to educate myself on what I am possibly dealing with on the controls end. Customer is ready to go back to wired thermostats....................................... ..
