I can barely perform to a high standard with one screw, can't imagine satisfying a twin screw with that same performance.

Been so long since I’ve even had to think about performing with 1 screw, two would liable to burn out the main.

Ran the freezer for 1 full week with no problems. temp of box was between -5 and -10 deg F. I unpluged it and and let it set for about 10 days. Just plugged it back in and the compressor made some unusual noise. It tripped twice and then started to run normally. It seems to be cooling properly. Any Ideas why it would trip at first start up???

Excessive back pressure. You need a Crankcase Pressure regulator!

The overload protector is tripping. It clicks off for about 5 secs than back on.

Its tripping because the back pressure is to high causing excessive amperage. Its also not doing the start parts any good!

Whats the max amperage for that pump? You set the CPR valve to limit the back pressure to just below that #!
