selling the old biz
Im old now and I want to sell my biz. We do around 100,000 per month. Don't have to advertise. About $150,000 in assets not counting the building. I plan to rent it to the new owner.
My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

Interesting is how to evaluate the worth of a business. My wife in an accountant and is working on that type of project right now.
A divorce. Business values can get complicated and is a CPA specialty.

"Old" is when you see a woman pushing a baby carriage and the woman looks like a girl to you. 
Your next milestone is passing 85 YO. If you pass 110 YO you get one more year.

damn! i just turned down moving to Colorado because its expensive to live there...my employer did not want to pay the increased cost of living adjustment for me to be comfortable...i like to be in a nice area with property, not a hole in the wall..
